Izopentenil fosfat kinaza (EC 2.7.4.26) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:izopentenil fosfat fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u mevalonatno putu kod arheja.
