Hormon-senzitivna lipaza (EC 3.1.1.79, HSL) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom diacilglicerol acilhidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) diacilglicerol + H2O monoacilglicerol + karboksilat
- (2) triacilglicerol + H2O diacilglicerol + karboksilat
- (3) monoacilglicerol + H2O glicerol + karboksilat
Ovaj enzim je serinska hidrolaza.
