Himotripsin C (EC 3.4.21.2, Chymotrypsin C) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno odvajanje: Leu-, Tyr-, Phe-, Met-, Trp-, Gln-, Asn-
Ovaj enazim se formira iz svinjskog himotripsinogena C, i iz goveđe podjedinice II prokarboksipeptidaze A.
