Hemna ligaza (EC 4.99.1.8, hem detoksifikacionni protein, HDP, hemozoinska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom Fe3+:feriprotoporfirin IX ligaza (formira beta-hematin).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 feriprotoporfirin IX beta-hematin
Ovaj hem detoksifikujući enzim je prisutan u Plasmodium parasitima.
