HIV-2 retropepsin (EC 3.4.23.47, HIV-2 retropepsin) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endopeptidaza čiji P1 ostatak je preferentno hidrofoban
Ovaj enzim pripada peptidaznoj familiji A2.
