Glutation peroksidaza (EC 1.11.1.9, GSH peroksidaza, selenium-glutationska peroksidaza, redukovani glutation peroksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glutation:vodonik-peroksid oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 glutation + H2O2 glutation disulfid + 2H2O
Ovaj protein sadrži selenocisteinski ostatak. Steroid i lipidni hidroperoksidi mogu da deluju kao akceptori.
