Glutamil endopeptidaza II (EC 3.4.21.82, GluSGP) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje: -Glu- >> -Asp-, pri čemu su u P2 poziciji preferentno Pro ili Leu, dok je Phe u P3 poziciji. Razlaganje -Glu-Asp- i -Glu-Pro- sporo teče
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz bakterije Streptomyces griseus.
