Glutamat—prefenat aminotransferaza (EC 2.6.1.79, prefenatna transaminaza, PAT, L-glutamat:prefenat aminotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-arogenat:2-oksoglutarat aminotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein. Aspartat takođe može da deluje kao amino donor, mada sporije.
