Glukozilglicerolna 3-fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.69, protein A sone tolerancije, StpA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-(beta-D-glukozil)-sn-glicerol-3-fosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-(beta-D-glukozil)-sn-gliceroL-3-fosfat + H2O 2-(beta-D-glukozil)-sn-glicerol + fosfat
Ovaj enzim deluje sa enzimom EC 2.4.1.213 (glukozilglicerol-fosfat sintaza) da formira glukozilglicerol.
