Glikozilfosfatidilinozitolna fosfolipaza D (EC 3.1.4.50, GPI-PLD, glikoproteinska fosfolipaza D, fosfatidilinozitolna fosfolipaza D, fosfatidilinozitol-specifična fosfolipaza D) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glikoprotein-fosfatidilinozitol fosfatidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 6-(alfa-D-glukozaminil)-1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol + H2O 6-(alfa-D-glukozaminil)-1D-mio-inozitol + 3-sn-fosfatidat
Ovaj enzim je takođe aktivan kad je O-4 glukozamina supstituisan oligosaharidom.
