Glicerofosfoholinska fosfodiestaraza (EC 3.1.4.2, glicerofosfinikoholinska diesteraza, glicerilfosforilholindiesteraza, sn-glicero-3-fosforilholin diesteraza, glicerolfosforilholinska fosfodiesteraza, glicerofosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sn-glicero-3-fosfoholin glicerofosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sn-glicero-3-fosfoholin + H2O holin + sn-glicerol 3-fosfat
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na sn-glicero-3-fosfoetanolamin.
