Germacradienolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.22, germakradienol/germakren-D sintaza, 2-trans,6-trans-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (1E,4S,5E,7R)-germakra-1(10),5-dien-11-ol)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (1E,4S,5E,7R)-germakra-1(10),5-dien-11-ol).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat + H2O (1E,4S,5E,7R)-germakra-1(10),5-dien-11-ol + difosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+.
