Galaktokinaza (EC 2.7.1.6, galaktokinaza (fosforilacija), ATP:D-galaktoza-1-fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:D-galaktoza 1-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + D-galaktoza ADP + alfa-D-galaktoza 1-fosfat
D-galaktozamin takođe može da ddluje kao akceptor.
