Fumarilacetoacetaza (EC 3.7.1.2, beta-diketonaza, fumarilacetoacetatna hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-fumarilacetoacetat fumarilhidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 4-fumarilacetoacetat + H2O acetoacetat + fumarat
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na druge 3,5- i 2,4-diokso kiseline.
