Fosfolipid-translocirajuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.1, Mg2+-ATPaza, flipaza, aminofosfolipid-transportna ATPaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (translokacija fosfolipida).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + H2O + fosfolipid [strana 1] ADP + fosfat + fosfolipid [strana 2]

Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
