Flavivirin (EC 3.4.21.91, proteaza virusa žute groznice (flavi virusa), NS2B-3 proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selectivna hidroliza -Xaa-Xaa-Yaa- veza u kojima Xaa može da bude bilo Arg ili Lys i Yaa može da bude bilo Ser ili Ala
Ovaj enzim je poznat iz klasičnih flavivirusa (žuta groznica, denga groznica).
