Fenilacetaldoksimska dehidrataza (EC 4.99.1.7, PAOx dehidrataza, arilacetaldoksimska dehidrataza, OxdB, (Z)-fenilacetaldehid-oksimska hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (Z)-fenilacetaldehid-oksim hidrolijaza (formira fenilacetonitril).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (Z)-fenilacetaldehid oksim fenilacetonitril + H2O
Enzim iz Bacillus sp. OxB-1 sadrži protohem IX.
