Ent-kaurenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.19, ent-kaurenska sintaza B, ent-kaurenska sintetaza B, ent-kopalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ent-kopalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira ent-kauren).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ent-kopalil difosfat ent-kauren + difosfat
Ovaj enzim je deo bifunkcionalanog enzima koji učestvuje u biosintezi ent-kaurena.
