Aureolizin (EC 3.4.24.29, Staphylococcus aureus neutralna proteinaza, Staphylococcus aureus neutralna proteaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje lanca insulina B chain sa specifičnošću koja je slična sa termolizinom. Postoji preferencija za hidrofobne P1' ostatke. Aktivira se glutamilna endopeptidaza (EC 3.4.21.19) bakterije Staphylococcus aureus
Ovaj metaloenzim je prisutan u bakteriji S. Aureus.
