Voćni bromelain (EC 3.4.22.33, bromelain voćnog soka, ananaza, bromelaza, bromelin, ekstranaza, pinaza, ananasni enzim, traumanaza, voćni bromelain FA2) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteina sa širokom specifičnošću za peptidne veze. Bz-Phe-Val-Arg-NHMec je dobar sintetički supstrat. Enzim ne deluje na Z-Arg-Arg-NHMec (c.f. matični bromelain)
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz biljke ananasa, Ananas comosus.
