X-metil-His dipeptidaza (EC 3.4.13.5, anserinaza, aminoacil-metilhistidinska dipeptidaza, acetilhistidinska deacetilaza, N-acetilhistidinska deacetilaza, alfa-N-acetil-L-histidinska aminohidrolaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza anserina (beta-alanil-Npi-metil-L-histidin), karnozina, homokarnozina, glicil-leucina i drugih dipeptida sa širokom specifičnošću
