Tioredoksin-disulfid reduktaza (EC 1.8.1.9, NADP-tioredoksin reduktaza, NADPH-tioredoksin reduktaza, tioredoksin reduktaza (NADPH), NADPH2:oksidovani tioredoksin oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tioredoksin:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tioredoksin + NADP+ tioredoksin disulfid + NADPH + H+
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD).
