Donald Calthrop (11. april 1888 – 15. jul 1940) bio je britanski kazališni i filmski glumac. Bio je nećak Diona Boucicaulta, popularnog irskog glumca i književnika iz 19. vijeka. Jedan od najvećih uspjeha mu je bila naslovna uloga u kazališnom mjuziklu The Boy iz 1917. godine, ali je kasnijim generacijama poznatiji po filmskim ulogama, prije svega onima u ranom opusu Alfreda Hitchcocka. Umro je od srčanog udara prilikom snimanja filma Major Barbara.
