Dimetilsulfon reduktaza (EC 1.8.1.17, dimetilsulfonska reduktaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dimetil sulfoksid + H2O + NAD+ dimetil sulfon + NADH + H+
Ovaj enzim je molibdoprotein.
