Dimetilalilcistransferaza (EC 2.5.1.28, neril-difosfat sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilalil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat dimetilalilcistransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dimetilalil difosfat + izopentenil difosfat difosfat + neril difosfat
Ovaj enzim ne može efikasno da koristi veće prenil difosfate kao donore.
