Dimetil-sulfid monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.131, dimetilsulfidna monooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetil sulfid,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dimetil sulfid + O2 + NADH + H+ metantiol + formaldehid + NAD+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim ima nižu aktivnost sa dietil sulfidom i drugim kratkolančanim alkil metil sulfidima.
