Deuterolizin (EC 3.4.24.39, Penicillium roqueforti proteaza II, mikrobna neutralna proteinaza II, kiselinska metaloproteinaza, neutralna proteinaza II, Penicillium roqueforti metaloproteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaanje veza sa hidrofobnim ostacima u P1'; takođe Asn3-Gln i Gly8-Ser veza u lancu insulina B
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u Penicillium roqueforti, P. caseicolum, Aspergillus sojae i A. Oryzae.
