Deacetoksicefalosporin-C hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.11.26, deacetilcefalosporinska C sintaza, 3'-metilcefemska hidroksilaza, DACS, DAOC hidroksilaza, deacetoksicefalosporinska C hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom deacetoksicephalosporin-C,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- deacetoksicefalosporin C + 2-oksoglutarat + O2 deacetilcefalosporin C + sukcinat + CO2
Za rad ovog enzima je neophodan Fe2+ jon. Enzim takođe može da koristi 3-eksometilincefalosporin C kao supstrat da formira deacetoksicefalosporin C.
