Sergey Mikhalkov[1] (1913–2009), a Soviet Russian poet, prose writer, dramatist and a public figure.
There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 9 October 2013, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1737, Michel No 1969. Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 385,000.
