Deutsch: „Gespalten und hinten geteilt; vorne in Blau eine silberne (weiße) Heiligenfigur mit goldenem (gelbem) Nimbus, in der Rechten ein goldenes (gelbes) Buch, in der Linken einen goldenen (gelben) Palmzweig; hinten oben in Gold (Gelb) ein schwarzer Drachenkopf, unten in Silber (Weiß) ein grüner Zweig mit fünf roten Rosen.“

Im Wappenschild der Gemeinde nimmt die Gestalt des Ortspatrons St. Cyriakus mit Buch und Palme die linke Hälfte auf blauem Hintergrund ein. Die obere rechte Hälfte zeigt einen Drachenkopf auf goldenem Grund, die untere rechte Hälfte auf weißem Grund einen Zweig mit 5 Rosen und Blättern. Der Zweig und die Blätter sind in Grün, die Rosen in Rot dargestellt (Nicht heraldische Fassung in der Hauptsatzung).

Das Wappen geht auf ein Schöffensiegel von 1462 zurück und zeigt den Pfarrpatron den heiliger Märtyrer St. Cyriakus (Attribute: Palmzweig, himmlische Rosen), der nach der Legende nach sogar den Teufel (Drachenkopf) an die Kette legte.
English: „Per pale, the sinister per fess; Azure, a Saint Argent with a nimbus Or, in the right a book Or with a cross sable and in the left a palm leaf Or; sinister above Or, a dragon head sable and below Argent, a rose branch vert with five roses gules.“ The arms were granted on August 16, 1928 and are based on the old seals of Weeze. Weeze was in the 14th century a possession of both the counts of Geldern as the counts of Kleve. From 1446-1630 the local court already used a seal with the present arms. The right part of the arms show the patron saint, St. Cyriacus, and in the left upper half a lion's or dragon's head. The dragon is based on the legend of St. Cyriacus who put a dragon on a chain. The second seal of Weeze also shows the same arms.
