Glukuronatna izomeraza (EC 5.3.1.12, uronska izomeraza, uronatna izomeraza, D-glukuronatna izomeraza, uronsko kiselinska izomeraza, D-glukuronatna ketol-izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-glukuronat aldoza-ketoza-izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-glukuronat D-frukturonat
Ovaj enzim takođe konvertuje D-galakturonat u D-tagaturonat.
