Citokinin dehidrogenaza (EC 1.5.99.12, N6-dimetilaliladenin:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza, 6-N-dimetilaliladenin:akceptor oksidoreduktaza, OsCKX2, CKX, citokininska oksidaza/dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N6-dimetilaliladenin:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N6-dimetilaliladenin + akceptor + H2O adenin + 3-metilbut-2-enal + redukovani akceptor
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On katalizuje oksidaciju citokinina.
