Celuloza 1,4-beta-celobiozidaza (EC 3.2.1.91, ekso-celobiohidrolaza, beta-1,4-glukan celobiohidrolaza, beta-1,4-glukan celobiozilhidrolaza, 1,4-beta-glukan celobiozidaza, eksoglukanaza, avicelaza, CBH 1, C1 celulaza, celobiohidrolaza I, celobiohidrolaza, ekso-beta-1,4-glukan celobiohidrolaza, 1,4-beta-D-glukan celobiohidrolaza, celobiozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-beta-D-glukan celobiohidrolaza (neredukujući kraj).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza (1->4)-beta-D-glukozidnih veza u celulozi i celotetraozi, čime se odvaja celobioza sa neredukujućih krajeva lanaca
