Aspartat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.4.1.21, NAD-zavisna aspartatna dehidrogenaza, NADH2-zavisna aspartatna dehidrogenaza, NADP+-zavisna aspartatna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-aspartat:NAD(P)+ oksidoreduktaza (deaminacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-aspartat +H2O + NAD(P)+ oksaloacetat + NH3 + NAD(P)H + H+
Ovaj enzim je striktno specifičan za L-aspartat kao supstrat. On katalizuje prvi korak u NAD biosinteza iz aspartata. Enzim ima veći afinitet za NAD+ od NADP+.
