Alkohol dehidrogenaza (hinon) (EC 1.1.5.5, tip III ADH, membranska hinohemoproteinska alkoholna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alkohol:hinon oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- etanol+ ubihinon acetaldehid + ubihinol
Ovaj enzim je prisutan kod bakterija sirćetne kiseline, kod kojih učestvuje u formiranju kiseline.
