Alfa-muurolenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.125, Cop3) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira alfa-muurolen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat alfa-muurolen + difosfat
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz gljive Coprinus cinereus.
