Acilglicerol kinaza (EC 2.7.1.94, monoacilglicerolna kinaza, monoacilglicerolna kinaza (fosforilacija), sn-2-monoacilglicerolna kinaza, MGK, monogliceridna kinaza, monogliceridna fosfokinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:acilglicerol 3-fosfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + acilglicerol ADP + acil-sn-glicerol 3-fosfat
Ovaj enzim deluje na 1- i 2-acilglicerole.
