Acil-fosfat—heksoza fosfotransferaza (EC 2.7.1.61, heksoza fosfat:heksoza fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-fosfat:D-heksoza fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acil fosfat + D-heksoza karboksilat + D-heksoza fosfat
Ovaj enzim fosforiliše D-glukozu i D-manozu na O-6, i D-fruktozu na O-1 ili O-6.
