Abekfoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.60, triheksoza difosfolipid abekvoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CDP-alfa-D-abekvoza:Man(alfa1->4)Rha(alfa1->3)Gal(beta-1)-difosfolipid D-abekvosiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- CDP-alfa-D-abekvoza + alfa-D-manopiranozil-(1->4)-alfa-L-ramnopiranozil-(1->3)-beta-D-galaktopiranozil-difosfodekaprenol CDP + alfa-D-abekvopiranozil-(1->3)-alfa-D-manopiranozil-(1->4)-alfa-L-ramnopiranozil-(1->3)-beta-D-galaktopiranozil-difosfodekaprenol
