ATPaza izlučivanja proteina (EC 3.6.3.50) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (sekrecija proteina).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova nefosforilisana ATPaza učestvuje u transportu proteina.
