4-metilaminobutanoat oksidaza (formira metilamin (EC 1.5.3.21, mao (gen) (nespecifična)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-metilaminobutanoat metilamidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u nikotinskoj degradaciji kod zemljišne bakterije Arthrobacter nikotinovorans.
