3-Karboksi-cis,cis-mukonatna cikloizomeraza (EC 5.5.1.2, beta-karboksimukonat laktonizujući enzim, 3-karboksimukonolaktonska hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-karboksi-2,5-dihidro-5-oksofuran-2-acetat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
