3-Fenilpropionat dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.19, HcaA1A2CD, Hca dioksigenaza, 3-fenilpropionatna dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-fenilpropanoat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (2,3-hidroksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) 3-fenilpropanoat + NADH + H+ + O2 3-(cis-5,6-dihidroksicikloheksa-1,3-dien-1-il)propanoat + NAD+
- (2) (2E)-3-fenilprop-2-enoat + NADH + H+ + O2 (2E)-3-(2,3-dihidroksifenil)prop-2-enoat + NAD+
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u degradaciji fenilpropanoidnih jedinjenja. On katalizuje umetanje oba atoma molekulskog kiseonika u pozicije 2 i 3 fenilnog prstena 3-fenilpropanoat ili (2E)-3-fenilprop-2-enoata.
