3,5,7-Trioksododekanoil-KoA sintaza (EC 2.3.1.206, TKS, olivetolna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom malonil-KoA:heksanoil-KoA maloniltransferaza (formira 3,5,7-trioksododekanoil-KoA).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3 malonil-KoA + heksanoil-KoA 3 KoA + 3,5,7-trioksododekanoil-KoA + 3 CO2
Ova poliketidna sintaza katalizuje prvi korak u biodintezi kanabinoida u biljci Cannabis sativa.
