2-Aminobenzensulfonat 2,3-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.14, 2-aminosulfobenzenska 2,3-dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-aminobenzensulfonat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira 2,3-hidroksilacija, amonijak).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-aminobenzensulfonat + NADH + H+ + O2 2,3-dihidroksibenzensulfonat + NH3 + NAD+
