2'-Dezoksimuginenska kiselina 2'-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.11.24, IDS3) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2'-dezoksimuginenska kiselina,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (2-hidroksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2'-dezoksimugineinska kiselina + 2-oksoglutarat + O2 mugineinska kiselina + sukcinat + CO2
Za rad ovog enzima je neophodan Fe2+ jon.
