1,4-dihidroksi-2-naftoil-KoA hidrolaza (EC 3.1.2.28) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,4-dihidroksi-2-naftoil-KoA hidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1,4-dihidroksi-2-naftoil-KoA + H2O 1,4-dihidroksi-2-naftoat + KoA
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u sintezi menahinona, filohinona, kao i nekoliko biljnih pigmenata.
