1,3-propandiol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.202, 3-hidroksipropionaldehid reduktaza, 1,3-PD:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza, 1,3-propandiol:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom propan-1,3-diol:NAD+ 1-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- propan-1,3-diol + NAD+ 3-hidroksipropanal + NADH + H+
