(protein-PII) uridililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.59, PII uridilil-transferaza, enzim uklanjanja uridila) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UTP:(protein-PII) uridililtransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UTP + [protein-PII] difosfat + uridilil-[protein-PII]
Ovaj enzim uridililiše i deuridiliše mali trimerni protein PII.
