(heparan sulfat)-glukozamin 3-sulfotransferaza 3 (EC 2.8.2.30, (heparan sulfate)-glucosamine 3-sulfotransferase 3) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3'-fosfoadenilil-sulfat:(heparan sulfat)-glukozamin 3-sulfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3'-fosfoadenilil sulfat + [heparan sulfat]-glukozamin adenozin 3',5'-bisfosfat + [heparan sulfat]-glukozamin 3-sulfat
Dva glavna supstrata sadrže tetrasaharide: -> neodređena 2-sulfo-uronska kiselina -> GlcN2S-> IdoA2S-> GlcN* -> i -> neodređena 2-sulfo-uronska kiselina -> GlcN2S-> IdoA2S-> GlcN6S* ->.
